The Exchange | Connecting our Community

Who Are We?

The Exchange is a social destination for everyone! Here, residents of Caledon can participate in fun social activities to preserving basics to great meals on a budget classes. At the Exchange, social support comes in the form of extended programs addressing life’s challenges such as food support, one- on-one care coordination, connections to needed resources or simply sharing a cup of coffee and your story.

Think of the Exchange as a communal table where we can all come together to share ideas, participate in activities and share a meal with our neighbours. Visit us today at 55 Healey Road, Bolton!
